• Collect clearance form in Room 002.

    Visit Click “Unilag payment portal on staff login”, then click “others”, scroll through the payment items then click HRDC Certificate. Complete other details which include

    • N3000 for Statement of Result.
    • N5000 for Certificate
    • N5000 for Transcripts


    Printout the Remita Code and proceed to any of the banks on campus to make payment.                       (This process excludes HKHE AND SDA programmes). Complete the clearance form and take it to your Coordinator for endorsement.

    Present your payment teller, clearance form, a copy of your admission letter and school fee receipt at Room 003 (Accounts Office) for confirmation and endorsement.

    Write an application letter for collection of certificate and statement of results. Attach the signed clearance form, original bank teller, a photocopy of your tuition fee receipt and admission letter to the application letter and submit at the Director’s Office Room 203, HRDC.
