 B.Sc./HND/OND/NCE in any discipline.
 Diploma in Human Resources Management of the University of Lagos.
 Any other higher qualification.
 Mature and experienced candidates who are sponsored by companies and are above 30 years of age, from private and other sectors may apply subject to selection criteria to be adopted by the programme Committee.
